The average rental rate is $300 per night with an occupancy of 50% to 60% year around. Breakfast is included in the rental rate. Galveston has the fourth largest cruise port in the U.S. with 1.6 million passengers and 385 cruises in 2024. In 2026 projections are 2 million passengers and 445 sailings.
